Do you do custom sizing?
Sorry, we don't take custom orders.
What payment methods do you accept ?
We accept two ways of payment, including credit card(Visa, MasterCard, American Express & Discover credit card) and Paypal. You need to make a full payment including shipping & handling fees. All payments must be prepaid and we do not accept C.O.D payment.
Orders
Can I cancel or change my order?
If the order has not been shipped, it may be cancelled or changed. Please contact us asap by emails, live support online and phone, if you need to cancel or change the order.
I only received part of the order. Is that normal?
The items in the order may be shipped separately. Please check the tracking information emails from us. If you didn't receive the emails, please contact our customer service: support@Daizbella.com.
Shipping & Delivery
All the shipping is free ?
The shipping to most places in the world is not free. If you need the costume urgently, you have to choose express shipping so that you can receive the costume in time.
How long does it take to make an item if it is not ready-to-ship ?
If the item is ready-to-ship, you can receive it in 7-10 days for express shipping. While economy shipping takes 15-20 days or more.Please refer to following table.

If the item is not ready-to-ship, it has to be made at first and then can be shipped out.The shipping will be available after the items are finished. We advise you to select the delivery country and size on the product page. You can refer to the processing time given on the page
How do I track the order ?
We will email the shipping number to you after the order is shipped out. Please check the emails from us. You can also track the order via logging in your account at our site. Track your order
The tracking number shows that the package was delivered, but it has not arrived at all.

Where is my refund?
Once we receive your return and confirm that your return is in new and in good condition, we'll process your return and initiate a refund to the original form of payment.
I received the costume. I am not satisfied with it.
Please show us some pictures of the costume you received and tell us which part does not meet your needs. Thus we can check it for you. Thanks.

Most of the costumes are in stock. But some are not ready-to-ship.They have to be made at first and then can be shipped out.
How do I get the measurement of a costume that is not shown in the size chart?

The Payment by Credit Card.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express & Discover credit card. In order to protect our customers from credit card fraud, the billing address on your order form must match the billing address to which your monthly credit card statement is mailed.

The Payment by Paypal.
If you wish to make payment via Paypal.com, we only ship to Paypal.com verified confirmed address. This helps maintain a safe on-line shopping experience for everyone. We will put the order on-hold until PayPal has cleared the payment.
